Are You Stressed Out And Feeling Worthless?

Don't Loose Hope...

Stress has a potential to affect one's way of thinking. Often times, people tend to dwell too much on their problems. Once you do that, you start to loose your focal point and feelings worthlessness will kick in. We know it's tough out there but try harder not to put yourself in that situation. Remain positive and cultivate hope, it will give you courage to think and believe that things will get better in time and they will eventually. Once you have hope you'll gain strength and ability to bounce back and overcome whatever obstacles are in your way. No situation is permanent!

It's Just Temporary

Let's See How We Will Work Together To Bring Your Mental Power Back...

01

Relationship building

We will first establish a strong bond / social tie between you and the counseller. This is done through the conditions which Carl Rogers (humanistic psychology) emphasised to have an impact on a strong counsellor-client relationship

02

Problem assessment

After sucessfully establishing the relationship, we will look deep into the root of the problem you're facing. This stage is called In-depth exploration. We will try to figure out what could have brought you and the counseller here in the first place

03

Commitment to action

This stage is all about goal seting. Why this is stage so important? It will help both you and the counseller to have a common ground, something to work on to aleviate situtations which were initially problematic. It will motivitate you to work on them to better the situation and also helps the counseller to have an effective counselling

04

Counseller interventoin

The counseller intervention falls under this stage. You'll get help on how to solve the problem with different methods. This involves a problem centered approach. The counseller will advice you on what to do / How to deal with the problem by providing solutions. A multiple of solutions will be indicated to you and you'll get to choose which of them works best for both of you.

05

Evaluation

The last session the counseller will do a revision to see how both of you have progressed. This will lead the counsellor to decide on the termination of the sessions. Termination that is mostly hoped for is a successful termination whereby both you and the counseller agree that there is no need for further sessions to take place.
