Meditationis an exercise which involves putting attention or awareness towards a single object, aura, sound, experience or concept / cognitive activity. Meditation is historically know to be effective in bringing onself closer to their creator(God). To some, meditation is one of the most effective forms of stress reduction It is a mind-body medicine which reduces healthcare costs while improving the quality of life.

Targets putting attention into a specific object in order to reach high state of being.
